Two lunchtime visits have left our guts stuffed and smiles on faces. I've tried the sausage and beef combo sandwich with marinara and mozzarella. Solid combo, fresh bread, and plenty of sausage and beef for a very reasonable price. The French fries were hand cut, freshly made, and came with a liberal seasoning of salt. Recently tried their chicken parmigiana. Pretty good overall considering its breaded chicken tenders on a bed of spaghetti baked in the oven with marinara, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. I wanted to give the dish a thumbs down because of the chicken breast tenders, but the dish actually turned out to be something tasty. Far from traditional or authentic, but it still hit the spot. Sauce was solid, chicken was tender, and the dish was packed with cheese. Had to drop the old belt buckle down a notch. Don't forget soup...their chili and minestrone are top notch. Service has been friendly, and ticket times and prices have been pretty reasonable. They've made some repeat customers from Blue Island!

Have been going here for about 8 years. Friend of mine told me about it and have been going back ever since. Thin crust pizza is one of the best around. Place has been around for quite some time, and we have never had a bad experience. staff is very courteous, and restaurant is kid-friendly, we bring the boys all the time. Prices are very reasonable as well. One night they even had a guy playing the accordion which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Good draft beer selection as well.

Just finished another EXCELLENT pizza from Rosie's! Have never had a bad meal from this place and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great pie. Also love their pasta and their ever so friendly staff. Delish!

As much as I crave their pizza with its buttery crust and generous toppings, most of the time I'm here for their sandwiches. Tender and flavorful on fresh bread mmhmm They make outstanding beef , sausage and meatball combos with standard options for your sandwich like natural & red sauce, sweet peppers, cheese or garlic bread. No grease or fat..just good eats and of course, ice-cold beer. Home delivery is crazy quick and the drivers always have a sense of humor and are patient with my dogs, but if you feel like venturing in, the staff is friendly and it's an extremely casual atmosphere that sometimes gets a tad loud with sports teams and families bustling in and out. It's fun! You know those old school pizza parlors you see in movies? Yep; this is that. I had SUCH a great time last time I visited, that I laughed so loudly (dare I say I cackled incessantly over some ridiculous joke) that the elderly gentleman playing the accordion stopped completely! I swear, even the clinking of silverware and dishes ceased and a silence hushed over the parlor. I slumped down in my booth and slurped up my sandwich with a sinister smile. Upon my exit, the kind accordionist sang "A bicycle built for two" with me, upon request. hehe Note: Whatever you do DO NOT speed through Evergreen Park. They have their share of lights with cameras and strictly enforce the limit.

My dad introduced me to this pizza and I must say, sometimes I prefer them over my regular! The crust is nice and crisp, golden, the cheese is nice and stretchy with generous portions of toppings if you order them. I'm actually thinking of getting a cheese pizza today! Remember if you're driving west it's somewhat across the street from Little Company of Mary so you have to do a u-turn and drive in the slow lane or you'll pass it.

I have been going here all my life from when I was a little kid with my parents in the old pace to now and one day will bring my kids here. Pizza is great good crust not expensive either. Sandwiches and apps are real good. I love there fries here. Good cold beer, nice people will always have my business.

This is a classic, south side of Chicago thin crust. The sauce is a strong point, and like most pizza places in this town, the sausage is high quality. Crust is thin and crispy.

This is by far the best pizza !!!! The delivery is always prompt !! Price is fair. Pizza always hot on arrival

I was in town looking to try some "Chicago" pizza, I found this place nearby and saw the reviews. Wow this place was great, I've only heard of deep dish pizza from Chicago and never knew about their thin crust. Pizza was delicious fresh ingredients awesome crust, sauce and cheese. This definitely gives New York style a run for their money.

Consistently a great pizza.. Toppings are always fresh... Not to mention, I'm a sucker for hand cut fries.I haven't had theirs in awhile but I remember them being pretty awesome

Poor customer service and never got to taste the pizza. Ordered delivery and after 1 hour and 50 minutes decided to call to find out what is going on. They apologized and said they are real busy so I told them to cancel the order. Their response "just tell the driver to take it back". Point well taken.

Rosangelas is the best pizza hands down. I travel everywhere in the states and beyond and have yet to find its rival.

  • Dennis B.

First and foremost, for all you people who read the review beneath mine first, yes this is located on the southside. However, this is not the "scary" part. Its located in Evergreen Park. A good 3 miles West of the bad part of Chicago. There is no crime in Evergreen park. The only crimes committed in Evergreen Park is when people go 1 mph over the speed limit when going down 95th street because you will be pulled over and ticketed because the cops have nothing else to do. Trust me on this one because I live in the "scary part" of the Southside of Chicago. Northsiders are ridiculous. Anyway, some reviews state that "by far this is the best pizza on the southside". ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Went to the dental office next door and I was like there pizza smells pretty good so I thought I'd try it. Walked in to by a slice but they don't sell slices so I purchased a small w/ pepporoni, green olives, green peppers, and fresh tomatoes. It was aight! I may try them again. But if I was hosting some foreign dignatary, or even a simple out of town guest, thats the last place I'd take them to in order experience Chicago pizza. And technically its not even Chicago or the southside of it. Whoever gives this place 5 stars should really get out more. There's more to life than Evergreen Park.

Rosangela's is my favorite pizza place! I used to be a diehard Aurelio's fan, but then I realized I'm just a diehard fan of the Aurelio's Super 6 pizza (still unmatched anywhere). I didn't grow up in this area, but my boyfriend did and when he brought me here I never wanted to go to another pizza place ever again. The pizza is about the same price you will get anywhere else, but it is so much better! I cannot explain exactly why, but I think Rosangela's has figured out the perfect balance of the ingredients when making their pizzas. A huge bonus is the beer prices. Living in the city, it was crazy to see that I can get an entire pitcher of beer at Rosangela's for what one bottle would cost me in the city. To top it all off, we are always seated and served promptly and the waitstaff are some of the nicest people in the world. I hope this pizza place never goes away.

When I get a salad I have them add onion, green pepper and tomato and hold the olives and sport peppers. Good garlic dressing and great thin crust pizza.

Quick delivery and ok toppings, but they use that slimy cheap cheese that just kind of ruins it for me. I think its a matter of taste, this is a very 'old school' pizza. The crust was nothing special and the cheese left a bad taste in our mouth. Otherwise it looked like they used real quality ingredients.

Roseangela's has been traditionally where we go for takeout thin crust when we're too lazy to get cash and get pizza from Vito and Nick's. It's certainly not Vito and Nick's good, but it's been pretty good. However... I've been saying for months that we shouldn't go there anymore because of the surly teenagers that work the register for takeout. Really, I'm not one of those super picky people, I just don't like being treated poorly when I'm at a place, giving them money. So, the last time I was there picking up a pizza, I was waiting for the surly teenagers to stop rolling their eyes because I interrupted their facebook session to pick up my order and I looked over into the kitchen... I saw one of the cooks, absentmindedly playing with shredded cheese in a bin with his fingers. I thought "that's kind of gross." Then, he pulled his cell phone out of his pocket (the same one that, I assume, goes EVERYWHERE with him) and started playing with that. Then, one of the phone hands went back into the cheese for more absentminded entertainment. Look, I know things like this, and worse, happen all the time in kitchens. I just didn't want to see that as I was picking up my pizza. Two stars, buoyed by previous pizzas and the friendliness of wait staff in the dining room when we have stayed to eat.

  • Patrini S.

Worst service ever. 2 hours for a pizza is unacceptable especially since the delivery address is literally around the corner. The girls answering the phones are ignorant and lash out on paying customers. If There was an option for no stars, that is what they would be rated. Poor service, mediocre food, not worth a dime.

Decent greasy pie. They have the most perfect French fries though. Sometimes I will get a carry out of gnocchi or tortellini and I usually end up with enough for 2-3 meals.

I say the best PIZZA on the southside!!! we have been going here for years. Pizza is always good, the staff is great, anything you need they will help with. They even bring treats for the dog when we have it delivered! Thank you Rosangela's See you soon.

The pizza was ok, I don't know what pizza the people had that said it's the best on the south side. We had the 18in thin crust. Delivery took a bit over an hour. That's a long time for only being 2 miles away. Was working hard so we didn't even notice the time flying by. The crust was flat and like a cracker not much taste. The pizza had a lot of sauce. The way they cut it into cubes made me give it 3 stars when you grab a piece that didn't have crust on it you were risking driving sauce on your shirt or pants. We were filthy from this boiler so it just blended in anyways. Summery 1 crust didn't have taste 2 too much sauce for me 3 stupid way to cut a large pizza 4 extended delivery wait

Great thin crust and cheese - gotta try the Rosangelas Special. Nice family atmosphere. Tried the wings, they were so-so. Cheese sticks fair. Very friendly service.

I'm not sure how I forgot to review this place. I've only ordered the thin crust here for carry out. It's been perfect every time. It used to be my favorite in the area hands down. I still love it but Phil's may be a bit better. My only real issue though is the area. It's on such a busy stretch of 95th street that sometimes running in and out to grab your food can be a headache. It's easily one of the best thin crust pizzas in the area!

  • Tom M.

This place has best thin crust pizza I have ever had!!! I have been eating it since i was a little kid and it never disappoints. it is our favorite pizza by far!!! every time we eat there it is like eating with family. Recommend it to everyone

The rare occasion I chose to eat pizza with cheese I ordered pick up from Roseangela's and it was very dry. It's almost like they were in the back rationing ketchup packets. If sauce is important to you, I recommend heading west on 95th to Palermos. Not only do they fix a great cheese less veggie pizza, but the sauce is good and plentiful.

We order pizza from Roseangela's quite often, at least twice a month. Of late they are delivered cold and crust is hard. Today the pizza was delivered with burned crust and half of the cheese was burned as well. The pieces that were not burned tasted burned. I called Roseangela to inform them of the situation. There was no response, apology or not even a reply as to why anyone would even send out such a product. I was told to have a nice evening. It will be a long time before we order from Roseangela again. This was very disappointing because we thought Roseangela ranked highest on the southside. We will be driving to Oak Lawn to pick up future pizzas from Lou Milnati's where we have never been disappointed.

Pizza Club had us making a trip down I-90 to 95th Street last night. For someone who hears the horror stories and reads the news these days, the Southside at night isn't supposed to be some place you want to be. The rumors of the best thin crust pizza in Chicago rang louder. Our white nervous asses were thrust into the gauntlet and we had a friggin blast. I will not regale you with tales of post-pizza-party partying with the locals at Phase II Lounge at Ashland and 91st, but we were warmly received and had a great time in the neighborhood. Back to the pizza - established in 1955, Rosangela's is some of the best thin crust our Pizza Club has ever had in Chicago. Excellent ingredients - what really impressed me was how good the sauce was. A great pizza is generous with the sauce, something many pizzerias fail mightily with in Chicago. We also had the garlic cheesey bread and fried zucchini and they were great. Emily our server was super sweet and attentive. To top it off, it was so inexpensive! Three dollar drafts of import beer every day! Two dollar domestics on tap. Love it! Would love to go back.

Finally I made my way back to good old EP and went to good 'ol Rosie's with a friend. Let me tell you. The place was packed and the kitchen was hopping. They still got it. Extra crispy thin 'n crunchy crust, SMOP -Sausage, Mushroom, Onion, Green Pepper. Beer on tap and really cool and friendly wait staff. No doubt Rosie's is still one of the best that the southside has to offer. Enjoy

Awesome Pizza and Italian beef. I LOVE this place. I live 45min. away, but will drive here without even blinking at the distance, simply because the food is SOOOO GOOD. The thin crust pizza is the BEST I have ever tasted. The shrimp meal is delicious. But by far, Rosangela's ABSOLUTELY BEST is their BIG BOY ITALIAN BEEF made with red sauce, and mozz. cheese, plus ask them to toast the bun. I always buy 2 when I go, 1 to eat there and 1 for the road. I'm getting hungry even thinking about this place right now. mmmmmmmmmmmm good.

Best Pizza on the southside in order 1. Roseangela's 2. Palermo's 3. Vito & Nick's 4. Fox's The rest of the places I've tried haven't been worthy of being associated with the above mentioned places. Roseangela's is delicious, I haven't had pizza that really compares to it. Also a big fan of their "big boy" beef. The gravy they use in that sandwich is unbelievably tasty. People rave about their meatballs, but I've never had one.

  • Nicole O.

Hands down, best pizza. EVER. I would bring them half baked and frozen to college and I'd bring them half baked and frozen to California when I lived there. So glad to be back in Chicago and eating Roseangela's on a regular basis again.

Very solid pizza from a classic, old school type pizzaria. Not the best pizza I've had on the south side, but it ranks up there. Appetizers were good as well. We ordered hot wings and mozzarella sticks. The wings were awesome. A nice crispiness, which I much prefer over the soggy wet ones some places offer. We ordered a large thin crust. The crust is nice and flakey, with a very tomatoey kind of sauce. Nice amount of cheese as well. Nothing about it stands out a whole bunch, but just a very solid, good pizza that hits the spot when you have a craving. As I mentioned, the restaurant has a old school feel to it. Wooden tables, chairs and booths. Kind of small & narrow, but shouldn't have a problem getting seated. Very blue collar place full of neighborhood regulars, and friendly service. As always, extra points for taking credit/debit. Prices are wonderful, as we had two different appetizers, a large one topping thin crust, two cokes with one refill for slightly over $25. Highly recommended if you're roaming the area and hungry.

I've been a regular at Roseangelas for 10 years now and never thought of writing a review. Its thee best thin crust pizza ever! It's always perfect. They have a true following so starting Thursdays the placed is packed and its small. Don't get discouraged.. The wait is worth it and get the pizzas well done if you like it extra crispy like me...enjoy!

  • Tommy H.

The pizza is tasty, and the dinners are good, too. They have the best mozzarella sticks in the Lower 48. Ask for extra sauce with the spaghetti--the sauce is fantastic. We've been going here just about every week since 1994. The only thin-crust pizza on the South Side that's better is Vito & Nick's. Roseangela's is a nice place to eat, as well.

  • Debbie M.

Great food, pizza is perfectly cooked, for people who can't stomach large amounts of mozzarella cheese, like my self, they offer sicilian style with substitutes parmesan for the mozzerella. Never been inside as it's not wheelchair accessible. But good food, though

  • G R.

Very good pizza, service was fast and friendly. We ordered a few toppings and even though it's thin crust the crust was crispy and didn't wilt under the weight of the toppings. For as busy as this place was we were able to get in and out pretty quickly which is what we wanted, however there were tables nearby enjoying their beers and not being rush, overall a pleasant atmosphere. I ordered a small house salad, it's pretty much just iceberg, some tomatoes and olives. A basic salad, not Lincoln Park fancy greens, but it was cold, crisp and refreshing. My only gripe was the ladies room, clean the floor and the tile just where it meets the floor, you can see that it gets mopped and the dirt is hitting the base of the wall. This needs a going over with a scrub brush. When a rest room isn't kept up, it does make you wonder about what's acceptable elsewhere.

I actually came across a review from another Yelper about Roseangela's pizza claiming that it was the best pizza on the South side. So of course I had to try it. That was about 4 months ago and needless to say, I have become a regular.... yeah all the wait staff know me and my hubby. I have to brag about their pizza because it is hands down the best pizza ever. But it doesn't stop there. They have the best meatball sandwich, the spaghetti is outstanding, the tomato basil soup is so delicious and so on. You just have to visit this place yourself. Oh don't go on Tuesdays cuz they are closed...a million thumbs up to Roseangelas!

Went for lunch and it was surprisingly good. The thin crest pizza was delicious, nice crisp crust. Hot and fast. The staff was also very friendly. I usually judge wait staff on the promptness of my drink refill. I never waited for a refill, our waitress was more than ackomindateing.

There is no glitz no glamour with this place just great pizza. By far the best Pizza on the southside of Chicago, and probably the whole city. Living on the Northside for 12 years now it has been almost impossible to find something comparable and as consistent as Rosangela's. The thin crust, and the sweet sauce makes this pizza priority number one. I've introduced many people from all over the city, country and world to this pizza. Most say it's in their team pictures for best pizza they have ever had. Most other pizzas from the southside are greasy and soggy due to much of the cheap ingredients they use. I know I use to work at most of them.

An old school pizza parlor. I had the minestrone soup. Very good. Pizza was good. They have a sweet sauce. Our server did a great job. She kept our pops filled and the food came out fast. I will go back when in the area.

I had heard rave reviews about Rosie's, so one Saturday night I decided to head over. It was pretty packed and there was a short wait. Everyone seemed to be ordering pizza, either to eat in the restaurant or to take home. The restaurant honestly looks like a hole in the wall but once you're inside pizza yumminess hits your nose and you're in heaven. This is a good sign. We ordered the thin crust pizza with half cheese and half sausage. For an appetizer, we had the mozzarella sticks. I have to say I was disappointed with the app. The sticks really did not stand out from anything I ever had at other places. In fact, any freezer section probably could match them. To top it off, the marinara sauce was ice cold. The pizza finally came and it was well worth the wait. The crust was everything you could want; crispy and thin. The tomato sauce was perfectly seasoned and didn't completely overwhelm a pizza like some sauces do. The sausage was good and the cheese was fresh. Every ingredient seemed to compliment the others very well. Overall this was a great pizza. Couple that with great service and I will definitely be back.

This place used to be a DUMP. But, in the past 5 years or so, they've cleaned up the interior. Not that you'd go here to eat in, though, perfect take out spot. Mom: Kimmy are you coming home tonight? Me: Why? Mom: Oh, I was thinking we could order a pizza. Me: Ok, what time? Mom: Well, how about you pick up some Rosangela's on your way over. me: (facepalm) It's not Vito and Nick's, for sure. The crust holds up well, they really pile on the toppings for sure. I really like their sauce, pizza sauce is an art, I don't care what you say, and a good sauce/crust combo make or breaks a pizza. My one and ONLY complaint about this place is that they dust their pizza peels with flour instead of cornmeal, causing weird and icky floury patches on the bottom of the pie. Overall, though, great pizza for the money.

Today had to be the worst I have ever had from here.....Always a great place to eat but today the crust on pizza was like biting a rock, the pizza had so many cuts in it we had to try and recut it ourselves with no luck. Order 2 meatballs sandwiches and the meatballs were like eating baby food very mushy. Today was a sad day I always had them in my top 3 but if this happens again I think I may spend my money elsewhere. And I beg anyone to forward this to the manger plz think they need to no.

I have lived in the Chicagoland area all my life and have had lots of pizza all over the world but Roseangela's Pizza is absolutely the most delicious pizza. Whenever we are in the area we make an effort to stop and eat or bring a pizza home. Check it out you won't be disappointed!

I'm not a huge thin crust fan but this place definitely has a good pizza. Very good sausage and a nice sweet sauce. I like the small restaurant atmosphere. I would like to come here again to try the sandwiches or pasta. I usually like to go to Aurelio's for a thin crust but this is a very good alternative.

A solid, good pizza. Slightly burnt crust, just enough cheese and toppings. Would have preferred a more flavorful crust and sauce though. Garlic bread with cheese was ridiculously cheap at like $3 for 8 pieces. Bread was good. Once again, nothing phenomenal. Cheap prices. Service was great. It's a small, sit-down restaurant. Nothing more, nothing less. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, but I'd steer you in this directions if you didn't know where to go on 95th.

I have been referred to this institution more times than I would like to admit. Every time the conversation of South Side Thin crust comes up, I am told that Rosangelas is the best. Wrong. My favorite is Vito and Nicks, that is the standard for the South Side. I also understand if you are weened a certain way you may prefer certain things, how else can we explain all the mini vans in line at the McDonalds every morning. This place is nice inside, a good neighborhood vibe, a lot of loud sweaters and Sox hats. The service was efficient and friendly. We ordered a pizza with mushrooms and sausage, basic stuff, the crust had a lot of flour on the bottom, this challenged my tactile experience, it seemed it coated the top of my tongue everytime I took a bite, I started brushing the bottom of the pizza to the amusement of my children. The sausage had a good flavor, but was to much, the chunks were large, so they overpowered the sauce and cheese. In many spots the cheese was very thick, which to me is what seperates the boys from the men in the thin crust arena. It takes discipline to not overcheese a thin pizza, when you make it, it will not look like enough, but then the melting happens and it will be perfect. This cheese also was dry, like string cheese, rather than a nice fatty mozzarella, the mushrooms were lifeless, lost in a sea of cheese and sausage. I can understand if this is all you have been eating, then this is your pie, but for people that are being tempted to try it, this pizza will surely fall short of the hype.

Given that yesterday was Friday (no meat for Catholics), my husband decided we should get some pizza. Thanks to all the Yelp filters, we found Roseangela's. I'm not too familiar with my South Side restaurants, so i figured "Why not?" We found street parking right away (Actually, right in front of the restaurant), walked in and because it was pretty empty, we got to pick our seats. ZERO waiting. I figured the lack of customers was due to the time (it WAS 4pm after all). Someone on yelp mentioned the pizza had a "buttery crust" which pretty much sold me on this place, but the pizza lacked the buttery flavor that I set myself up for (Which was pretty disappointing); however, it WAS very yummy pizza. Nothing that i would say "WOW!" to because the flavor of the pizza resembled that of Vito's and Waldo Cooney's, The crust was thin, crispy, and crunchy. Do they use a wood burning over here? Hmm, don't know, but it was pretty toasty, my son didn't like it because he said it tasted burnt, but he's 5 and a VERY picky eater. He did, however, enjoy their onion rings, as did I AND, we're not onion fans! Overall, it'll get 4 stars because it didn't "stand out" compared to the other two, but I wasn't put off by it. Would eat here again, but only if I'm already on 95th St and craving pizza... wouldn't go out of my way for it.

i LOVE this place! the crust is like no other that i've had and the sauce is great with just the right amount of tang that i prefer. i highly recommend trying it if you've never been here. i won't say that this place is the best, because it's too subjective. i will, however, say that rosie's is my HANDS-DOWN FAVORITE!!!!! anywhere in the city. try your pie with "extra sauce (under the cheese) and crispy."

Have been eating this pizza since I was a kid and recently went and dined in after several years of not having it and it was wonderful and exactly as i remembered. Pizza is outstanding and the basket of fried zucchini were the best I have had in a very long time. This place brings back alot of memories for me from my childhood and we are going back tonight and I can't wait! I hope Manny is there playing the accordion.

I do not give pizza places rave reviews very much but these guys are pretty dam good. I ordered the Sausage and Black Olive. They didnt skimp on either one. I ordered to go so I waited at a table and had a few beers. The staff was very friendly with me and my pizza was done super quick. I thought I could casually have a couple beers but I was bearely into my second one when my pizza arrived. The sausage was very tender and the black olives were probably canned but who cares, they were fresh enough and not soggy. The pizza was not very greasy, but had just the right amount. There was just a slight amount of burn on the underside of the crust to give it that seasoned oven taste. Almost like using a cast iron pan where years of flavors are imparted into the food. The sauce doesnt seem like it would win awards but it is very adequate. Its a bit on the sweeter side, but it fits the pizza well. A very good alternative to Vito and Nicks on 85th a Pulaski. I would say they even rival them. Vito's has been such a hassle to order from lately due to the food network publicity that I think I will try these guys for a bit.

I will keep this short...greatest pizza, meatball and beef sandwiches on the Southside. Just a word of advice. If you order garlic on your pizza make sure you wear some less than nice clothing.

My brother in law loves the pizza from here and insists on ordering it anytime they are at our house. I think is good, not great. Very good thin crust pizza and its not too expensive. I have ordered the ravioli and chicken vesuvio and they were both just OK. I'd say that this is a good pizza place but that is about it.

Blue moon on tap for $2.50! Awesome pizza, service, atmosphere. Very tasty crispy crust, not too much sauce or cheese, nor too little. Just like goldilocks, it was just right. I hear they have great salad with garlic dressing. Since there surely will be a next time, I'll have to remember that.

Best pizza ever! My only beef with the place is that is is closed on tuesdays. Blows fox's pizza out of the water! Makes Baracco's pizza taste like something out of the slop bucket.

There is so many good things to be said about Rosie's. Its not surprising that my Fiance has this number stored in his long term memory either. He grew up on this small pizza place his whole life, an d there is a good reason. I tried it once and wondered what type of pizza i had been eating, when these pieces of heaven floated out of the oven. Rosie's seemingly is an institution in the neighborhood, and its easy to see why. Outside of their pizzas, their sandwiches, pasta, and appetizers are all to die for. They serve exclusively thin crust variety pizza baked in ovens that have that "right" old seasoned taste to them. Their prices are so great, its amazing to see such a small bill with a satisfied tummy. I will warn you, once you have this pizza, you will never be satisfied with another thin crust again

We love the pizza -best crust around. I would also recommend many of the sandwiches. The eggplant sandwich is the best I've ever had and the meatball is delicious also. The french fries are homemade and always good. This place never disappoints - we order out or dine in at least 2 times a month! On thursday nights they have an accordian player.

i grew up on rosie's pizza. probably the best pizza in the southside. everyone goes here.....or works here! ( at least my high school friends did) everything on the menu is super. it definitely has a family feel to the place.

I love Rosie's! This place is an institution, southsiders flock here. The pizza is really thin and delicious, same with the appetizers and pasta. I think eating at Rosie's is a great experience for anyone looking for an old school, neighborhood joint.

Poor customer service and never got to taste the pizza. Ordered delivery and after 1 hour and 50 minutes decided to call to find out what is going on. They apologized and said they are real busy so I told them to cancel the order. Their response "just tell the driver to take it back". Point well taken.

This is a classic, south side of Chicago thin crust. The sauce is a strong point, and like most pizza places in this town, the sausage is high quality. Crust is thin and crispy.

Hands down, best pizza. EVER. I would bring them half baked and frozen to college and I'd bring them half baked and frozen to California when I lived there. So glad to be back in Chicago and eating Roseangela's on a regular basis again.

    (4)

I love Rosie's! This place is an institution, southsiders flock here. The pizza is really thin and delicious, same with the appetizers and pasta. I think eating at Rosie's is a great experience for anyone looking for an old school, neighborhood joint.
